We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover. Payment via Paypal may be requested.
Orders shipped within New York State are subject to tax.

PACKAGING – All pieces are packaged in a beige silk pouch
Gift wrap includes a gold embossed box, gold tissue paper, black bow and gift message and is available for an additional fee. Gift wrap is non-refundable.

SHIPPING POLICIES
We appreciate that you want your order quickly but also hope that you understand that these items are handcrafted as your order is received. Most items, unless noted for a longer lead time, may require 3-5 business days to be completed, before packaging and shipping. THIS INCLUDES ITEMS SHIPPED VIA EXPRESS.

Orders are shipped via USPS so please take note of federal holiday closings and non-business days that limit shipping schedules.  UPS may be requested as an alternative shipper (please email us for a quote info@emilyelizabethjewelry.com). Known delays will be posted at checkout (eg. vacation) and you will be contacted by email if any additional lead time specific to your order is required.

It is very important that you provide an accurate address at checkout.

  • Contact us immediately if an incorrect address was provided
  • We cannot verify addresses before shipment. Please proofread your submission
  • Correct delivery address information is the buyer’s responsibility
  • We are not liable or responsible for issues that may arise (this includes misplacement, theft or delay).
  • Buyer is responsible for additional shipping (domestic or international) if the item is returned to us due to errors in the provided address information and the buyer would like us to reship the order. The new shipping fee will be invoiced via buyer’s email and the item will be reshipped upon verification of receipt
  • No refunds will be given to items mailed to an invalid address until the items are returned to us, assuming the buyer has indicated they do not want a reshipment

Your order is shipped based on the longest lead time:
If you order 3 items and one of them takes several days longer to complete, the entire order will be held for shipment until it all items are ready.

  • Longer lead times of some items may cause a shipment delay
  • EMAIL us at info@emilyelizabethjewelry.com if would like your order shipped “as ready” instead of waiting for the complete order; additional shipping fees are incurred for separate shippings
  • Items purchased during closures (displayed on MAIN shop page) will not ship until date indicated
  • US bound purchases qualifying for free shipment are shipped via FIRST CLASS MAIL with DELIVERY CONFIRMATION (you will receive an email with this information)

If purchasing express shipping, it is best to inquire about delivery dates prior to payment since many items may not be available for same day or next day shipment and you will have paid unnecessary shipping fees.

We cannot be held responsible if  items are stolen, damaged or lost after shipment.

No refunds will be given to packages that were verified as delivered to the customer but not received and is the buyer’s responsibility to pursue the matter with the shipping service utilized.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - Yes, we ship worldwide!
International buyers also need to know:

  • You are solely responsible for customs fees
  • We are not responsible if customs retains, damages, opens or steals your package
  • Your order will be shipped via US Postal Service, International First-Class mail. UPS is available at an additional cost; please email us for a price quote at info@emilyelizabethjewelry.com
  • USPS shipments can only be tracked up to the point it leaves the US
  • UPS shipments allow for full tracking but will be a greater cost to the buyer
  • Your order can take as long as 6 weeks to arrive; depending on your location and customs practices
  • Tracking and insurance for international orders can be purchased. Please inquire before finalizing your order

REFUNDS
Unused, unaltered, and unworn items, in the original packaging (satin pouch), may be returned for refund or exchange.

  • Email us within 14 days of receipt of your order and return the item within 14 days of receipt of order (your receipt of order is documented with your original tracking number on www.USPS.com).  Bobby pins are eligible for store credit only.
  • Please email us BEFORE you return the item and we will email you the necessary return instructions
  • Inspect gift items immediately or you may forfeit a potential refund if the gifting is beyond the 14 days requirement for full refunding
  • Refunds will be issued within one business week of receiving returned merchandise.

JEWELRY REPAIR
If any item is damaged during normal shipment, we will repair it free of charge within 45 days of your receipt of the item. After 45 days, a charge depending on the item, plus shipping costs and taxes (NY residents) will incur.

JEWELRY CARE AND EARRING REPLACEMENT - Gold Plating does not last forever

  • Store jewelry neatly, avoiding moisture
  • Avoid contact with perfume, hair styling products and body lotions
  • We do not recommend wearing plated items at the gym, in the shower or at the beach
  • One’s natural body chemistry or living/work environment can sometimes cause accelerated oxidation and/or change the color of the plating

If you lose an earring, we will be happy to replace it for 1/2 of the original cost of the pair plus the applicable return shipping fee. In some circumstances, we may request that the remaining item be returned to us to ensure a better match.

PROMO CODES AND SALES

  • Cannot be applied to “Sale”, “Giving Back” charity offerings and “Gorgeous Gift” category items
  • Sales and promo codes are not transferable and cannot be applied to previously paid pre-sale orders, including those not received
  • Coupon redemption is the buyers responsibility. Buyers who do not redeem their coupon are subject to the same possible delivery delays in place during another online event at the time of their ultimate ordering; these may not be the terms originally offered at the time of the coupon purchase.

SITE CONTENTS AND LIBAILITY
Each piece of jewelry is handmade and some product variance is normal. Every effort has been made to accurately and honestly represent the color and materials of our products but it is possible that computer monitor color calibration differences may affect how they appear on your screen.
